Collect your order from our warehouse at no additional cost. We will contact you when your order is ready.
Hanger Xpress Scheduled Delivery
Available within selected local postcode areas. Orders over £150 excluding VAT receive free scheduled delivery on qualifying route days.
UK Economy Delivery
Suitable for standard, non-hazardous products. Estimated delivery is normally 2–3 working days after dispatch.
UK Next Working Day
Available on selected stocked products, postcodes and order sizes when ordered before the applicable cut-off time.
Pallet & Bulk Delivery
Used for large, heavy, bulky or multi-carton wholesale orders where pallet transport is safer or more economical.
Specialist Chemical Delivery
Dangerous or regulated products, including certain solvents and chemicals, are transported only through approved specialist delivery services.

Free UK Mainland Economy Delivery
Qualifying orders over £250 excluding VAT may receive free UK mainland economy delivery.
Free national delivery normally excludes dangerous goods, pallet-only products, machinery, remote destinations, timed deliveries, Saturday deliveries, collection-only products and special-order freight.

Where the delivery postcode is covered by an active Hanger Xpress route, scheduled local delivery may be offered at checkout. Other orders will be sent through an approved parcel, freight or pallet carrier.
Why has my order been assigned to a pallet?

Several heavy cartons can sometimes be transported more safely and economically on one pallet instead of as individual parcels.
Can I choose the courier?

Hanger Xpress selects the most suitable approved carrier based on the order size, destination, product type and required delivery speed.
Can I request next-day delivery?

Next-working-day delivery may be available for stocked eligible products. Availability and pricing should be shown at checkout.
Can chemicals be delivered with normal products?

This depends on the chemical classification, quantity and carrier rules. The order may require specialist transport or separate shipments.
Are delivery thresholds calculated before or after VAT?

Delivery thresholds are calculated using the eligible product subtotal excluding VAT and after discounts.
Is collection free?
