Free standard courier delivery from £250 ex VAT
Free standard courier delivery applies to eligible mainland postcodes on orders below 150 kg when the goods total is £250 or more excluding VAT, after discounts. Pallet delivery and separately quoted specialist transport are excluded and remain chargeable. This offer is available across customer tiers. Final eligibility, delivery charges and VAT are shown before payment.
Our weekly van routes: within 100 miles
Our own vans deliver within a 100-mile radius of SL3 0HQ on weekly routes. We do not offer our own-van service outside this radius; eligible addresses may still use courier or pallet delivery. Van deliveries run Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, excluding bank holidays. We confirm your route day before delivery; the courier dispatch cutoff and 2–3-day estimate do not apply to van routes.
Free weekly van delivery is available for qualifying orders of £250 or more ex VAT after discounts when Local delivery is offered at checkout. For smaller orders, or if this option is unavailable, contact us before ordering to discuss route availability and the delivery charge. Do not select warehouse collection if you need delivery.
Courier delivery: orders below 150 kg
Courier delivery costs £9.99 + VAT per started 30 kg of combined order weight. We combine compatible products for delivery; charges are not calculated separately for each item or carton.

Above 750 kg, additional pallet charges apply: £99 + VAT for each complete 750 kg, plus £80, £90 or £99 + VAT for the remaining quarter, half or full pallet band. For example, an 800 kg order costs £179 + VAT; pallet delivery is not included in the free-courier offer.
Online delivery rates cover orders up to 3,000 kg. For heavier orders or specific access and unloading requirements, contact us before ordering.
Courier dispatch and delivery times
In-stock courier orders received and paid before 2 p.m. UK time on a working day are normally dispatched the same working day. Later orders are normally dispatched the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Stock availability, payment checks and carrier collections can affect dispatch. Courier delivery normally takes 2–3 working days after dispatch; timings are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Pallet access and delivery arrangements
For pallet delivery, tell us about vehicle access, unloading facilities, tail-lift or kerbside requirements, and any required arrival date before ordering. We will confirm the appropriate service and arrangements. Someone must be available for the agreed delivery. If you cannot accept it, contact us promptly. Any additional service or redelivery charge will be explained and agreed before it is arranged.
Courier and pallet coverage
Online delivery covers eligible mainland addresses in England, Wales and Scotland. The postcode districts below, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man are excluded. Free delivery does not override postcode exclusions.

AB36–AB38, AB55–AB56; FK17–FK21; IV1–IV56, IV63; KW1–KW17; PA20–PA49, PA60–PA80; PH19–PH26, PH30–PH44, PH49–PH50; HS1–HS9; KA27–KA28; ZE1–ZE3; PO30–PO41; TR21–TR25; all BT postcodes.
Ranges are inclusive and refer to full postcode districts. For example, AB36 is excluded, rather than all addresses beginning AB. Checkout checks your delivery postcode.
If delivery is unavailable, contact us for a delivery quotation before paying with your postcode, products and quantities.
Free warehouse collection
Select Pickup at checkout only if you will collect from 3 Colndale Road, Colnbrook, SL3 0HQ. Wait for our ready-to-collect confirmation before travelling and bring your order confirmation. Any pickup preparation time shown at checkout is an estimate, not confirmation that your order is ready. Contact us to confirm collection arrangements.
Specialist and carrier-restricted products
Chemicals, oversized equipment and other carrier-restricted products can require a different delivery service. Contact us before ordering these items so we can check delivery availability, transport requirements and any separate charge before payment. A standard courier or pallet tariff is not a promise that every specialist product can travel on that service.
VAT
Product and delivery prices exclude VAT for all customer tiers. VAT is added at checkout where applicable. Prices including VAT in the tables assume a 20% rate; the final amount payable is shown before payment.
